First Call replaced my old furnace with a new, high efficiency model, and they also repaired a minor (nuisance) gas leak coming from old no longer used gas pipes. First Call worked with my schedule to give me a free estimate on all my options-both repair and replacement. Brian even gave me a mini “furnace 101” overview so I could understand the basics of how a natural gas furnace works. I was given multiple options and recommendations for both repair and replacement. I ended up choosing a 95% efficient Trane single-stage furnace. I could not be more pleased with the installation. Installers arrived on time, were courteous, neat and efficient. They were in and out in less than 6 hours! I am very happy with the work First Call did and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and fair prices.
